110 Carlton Gore Road came to us as a dilapidated large old garage in a prime spot of Newmarket’s business district. Over the course of 2 years, Equinox, and specifically Lo Cheng and Elliot Knight have transformed this lovely old space into a thriving hub of retail, residential and hospitality. Mojo Coffee garage, Great Little Vineyards, Embroidme, Pack n SendVolt Espresso, My Flat Pack, Volt Espresso and Crazy Noodle Bar have made their home here over the past 20 months.

We have several art projects taking place here over the next while: artist and gallerist Justin Jade Morgan has made his home here with his gallery ‘Development’. With a steadily revolving host of resident artists and exhibitions, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the special events happening in this dynamic space, just through the black door to the right of Embroidme.

Equinox resident artist Sarah Bing is creating an ever changing and growing ‘vine’ mural which will wind its way across the blank wall space on the corner. You can keep up with its progress here, or just swing by when you’re in the area.

110 Carlton Gore Road is fully leased, but if you are interested in what we have done here, you may like to contact us about our other sites.
